IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MARCHES

Fanny is the second name of the youngest of the family. Casa Fanny is a small family-run Bed & Breakfast located between Loreto, known as the town of the Madonna Nera (Black Madonna) and the Santa Casa (The Holy House), and Recanati, Giacomo Leopardi's birthplace (one of the most famous Italian poet, ed.). It is an area of hills and infinity, of undulating land and flat sea. Casa Fanny is rough stone in the yellow of summer sunflowers, it is green cut by cobblestone streets that also recall the landscape with their names (via Bellaluce and Costa Bianca are our thistle and decumanus of the countryside). Casa Fanny can be your peasant hearth in the center of the Marches, with its culture, its history, and its landscapes. Everything we do, the services we offer (from horseback or e-bike tours to excursions to food and wine tours) have the only purpose of revealing the unexpected, within a territory that escapes advertising. The location

Casa Fanny is a farmhouse of the Marches rural tradition completely renovated and surrounded by fields that change throughout the seasons. The style is typical of the area, with wooden beams and exposed brick walls. Deep end swimming pool with hot tub, the access is on request as it is intended for the private use of the property only. Italian style breakfast.

Casa Fanny has 3 rooms and can accommodate as many couples or a group of 6 people, this thanks to the kitchen and the layout of the rooms, which are all located around the old farmyard.

Between Ascoli and the Mount Conero

Casa Fanny's position is blessed. We are 15 minutes away from the Conero beaches, the most beautiful in the Marches, and 10 minutes from Recanati. We are 1 km away from Loreto and half an hour from Ascoli Piceno (Fermo is even closer). It is a territory rich in ideas, history, sea, hills, and mountains, such as Monti della Laga and the Sibillini Mountains
